“Combe St. Jean” is a tribute to those cold and narrow valleys (« Combes ») which hollow the gentle limestone slopes of the best terroirs of Burgundy.
The vineyards surrounding these Combes often show the best conditions for growing Pinot Noir or Chardonnay, the two main grape varieties of Burgundy.
