Description: Vully Rouge is an exquisite semi-hard cheese from Switzerland. With its soft, delicate texture, its paste colour ranging from ivory to pale yellow and its mild and pure, slightly piquant flavour, this original cheese is always a hit. As they mature in the cellar, the individual wheels of cheese are lovingly washed several times a week with Pinot Noir, the red wine that comes from the slopes of Mount Vully, and enhanced with a natural, annatto-based colorant, bringing its beautiful red-orangey rind.

Our cheeses can be kept for at least a week from the date of delivery. After opening the initial wrapping paper, we recommend to store the cheeses in a clean, dry cling wrap and store them in the lower compartment of the fridge which is usually not too cold or dry. We recommend to bring your cheeses out from the chiller 15mn before serving to get the full aromas.
