Description: This French duck confit has been produced in Figeac in the South-West of France for over 50 years. This delicious dish captures all the aromas, taste and tenderness of this delicate duck meat. Duck confit is already cooked and very easy to prepare: In a saucepan, remove the fat around the dug legs (but keep it to cook your potatoes...so yummy!), put your duck confit in a saucepan with the skin at the bottom. Grill for a few minutes, until the skin is crispy and golden.
