TASTING NOTES
Deep ruby red colour with orange hues. Ripe plums scents with undergrowth, sunbaked earth, cured meat, menthol, toast hints. Quite warm, full-body, The ripe palate is mature and offers dried black, cherry, truffle, licorice, espresso and a catchy hint of game alongside firm & chewy tannins for a balanced finish.
VINIFICATION
Ageing takes place for 3,5 years in French & Slavonian oak barrels, malolactic fermentation is natural with autochthon bacteria then a further 12 months bottle refining. It becomes Brunello after 5 years
