Description: Parmigiano Reggiano also known as Parmesan (in English), is the King of Parmesans, one of Italy's finest products. The cow's milk cheese is produced only in the provinces of Parma, Reggio Emilia, Modena, and Bologna. The traditional flavour profile is described as nutty and the long aging produces white calcium spots which give the cheese a crunchy bite.

Weight: Approx. 200g/ piece
Wine Pairing: It pairs well with Prosecco or Champagne.
Our cheeses can be kept for at least a week from the date of delivery. After opening the initial wrapping paper, we recommend to store the cheeses in a clean, dry cling wrap and store them in the lower compartment of the fridge which is usually not too cold or dry.
