Description: The Montagne Noire is a tomme cheese made from raw cow's milk by Marzac farm. The milk, from the Simmental breed, is collected in the Thoré valley on the Black Mountain. Totally black thanks to beech wood ash during production, it is the original cheese that you will not find anywhere else.
