About the winery: The small highly regarded cooperative 'Vignobles des 3 Chateaux' was founded in 1950 and is located near the village of St. Mathieu de Tréviers, at the river Pic Saint Loup, north of Montpellier. It is regularly awarded in the top national and international competitions (Guide Hachette, Concours Général Agricole, Concours des Grands Vins du Languedoc Roussillon, Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, Concours des Grands Vins de France de Mâcon, Berliner Wein Trophy, Vinalies, Féminalise, Mondial du Rosé, Top 100 Sud de France, International Wine Challenge…) The wineries are located in an area that with an altitude 150 meters above sea level, on a clay and limestone terroir. The vines are under the influence of both mediterranean and continental climates.
