Description: This cheese is made in the area of Deux-Sèvres with raw goat's milk. Its white pâte is homogeneous, tender, with a pleasant savour of hazelnut and a beautiful acidity to the palate.
Serving Tip: Propose the Roue at the end of the meal, with a set of other goats, and a quite crusty french baguette.

Our cheeses can be kept for at least a week from the date of delivery. After opening the initial wrapping paper, we recommend to store the cheeses in a clean, dry cling wrap and store them in the lower compartment of the fridge which is usually not too cold or dry.
