Description: Le gres d'Alsace is a soft cheese with a washed rind ripened in the cellars of the Alsatian vineyard for a fortnight, lightly washed with salt water and Kirsch, resulting in a more aromatic cheese with a pale orange rind that's finished with a fern leaf.

Our cheeses can be kept for at least a week from the date of delivery. After opening the initial wrapping paper, we recommend to store the cheeses in a clean, dry cling wrap and store them in the lower compartment of the fridge which is usually not too cold or dry.
