Organic extra virgin olive oil made with Leccino variety olives from the Umbria region, in Italy. Stoica is subtle, with a herbal finish on warm dishes, such as hearty vegetable and pulses soups, or on delicate green salads. This olive oil will prove versatile on creamy pasta and risotto dishes.

Tasting ideas: Suitable raw, for pan-frying and deep-frying, as well as in preparations to be oven-baked.
