Description: Produced from pear trees estimated to be about 300 years old. Poiré Granit has 25-80 grams of sugar per liter, yet it doesn't taste particularly sweet.
Tasting Notes: Incredibly complex, it reveals itself between the greediness of the pear, the sensitivity of the flowers and the minerality of the soils. The bubble of extreme finesse, the explosion of fruit is impressive in strength and length in the mouth.
