Description: Cure Nantais has a straw-colored rind and a strong smell due to the washed-rind in a cellar with a humid atmosphere. The cheese is served along with fish dishes, or over pears and apples. It can also be used as an ingredient for various dishes such as gratins or tarts. Moreover, it can be made a part of a cheese platter.

Wine Pairing: It pairs well with white wine, Muscadet, Pinot Noir or Gewurztraminer.
Our cheeses can be kept for at least a week from the date of delivery. After opening the initial wrapping paper, we recommend to store the cheeses in a clean, dry cling wrap and store them in the lower compartment of the fridge which is usually not too cold or dry.
