Description: Creme Fraiche is a version of sour cream with a higher fat content, which makes it good for cooking because it is less prone to curdling when you simmer it. While it looks similar to sour cream, crème fraîche is thicker, richer, and tastes less tangy than sour cream.
Skimmed off the best milks produced by the farm cows, Isigny Sainte Mere cream is a refined product and carries PDO status with its Protected Denomination of Origin. Cows live peacefully in the open air, fed almost entirely on grass, giving it in the taste of the milk that they supply.

Our creme fraîche can be kept for 3-5 days from the date of delivery. Keep in chiller and enjoy it in a soup, in a sauce, on red fruits or even on its own!
