Description: The Coppa Corse or Coppa di Corsica is a cured meat of Corsican origin made from boned, dried and seasoned pork loin, put in a natural gut and tied up, then smoked with beech wood to finally be matured in a cellar for a minimum of 6 months.
This charcuterie is made from pigs born, raised and slaughtered at the age of 10 months in the pure tradition of the French island of Corsica. They eat grains: corn, wheat and barley. Except for mineral supplements, vitamins and trace elements, their entire diet, at every stage, is guaranteed to be 100% plant-based, therefore meeting the highest traceability, quality and food safety standards.
