Description: Meaty and delicious Blue Mussels guaranteed to delight every shellfish lover. Native to Irish waters and loved for their delicate taste of the sea – deliciously chewy and satisfying and never salty. Grown on ropes, they are a finely-textured mussel that are big on flavour – making them the perfect mussel to enjoy alone in wine and garlic, or to add to a chowder, paella or pasta.
