Pinot Grigio has an intense straw-yellow colour, with a fragrant floral bouquet recalling acacia flowers, sage, hay, almonds and sandalwood. After an adequate time in the bottle it gives off aromas of linden flowers and honey. The wine wins over the palate with its finesse and elegance and with its fresh full richness.
The fermentation of the must takes place for about ten days at a controlled temperature in steel vats and small oak barrels (barriques). Afterwards the wine ages for about four months on its yeast which is the necessary period to build up body, depth and structure.
