Tasting notes: The 2020 Cotes de Provence Rose Le Rose features thyme-laced berries on the nose. A blend of 50% Grenache, 40% Cinsault and 10% Syrah, it's light to medium-bodied, with melon, pear and currant flavors that finish citrusy, clean and refreshing.
About the winery: The vineyard of Château Roubine is surrounded by a pines and oaks, located in one piece in the heart of the Var between Verdon and the Mediterranean. Chateau Roubine offers by the great diversity of its thirteen grape varieties, by its natural drainage ("roubine" means “Stream” in Provençal), by its ideal east / west orientation, and by its clay-limestone soil, the best conditions for the production of high quality wines.
