Description: Cancoillotte, made from cow's milk in Franche-Comté is usually melted over a small flame with water or milk before addition of salt or butter. This cheese is sold in containers and flavoured with garlic. Cancoillotte can be eaten hot or cold, and it is a delicious spread on bread, vegetables or meat.

Our cheeses can be kept for at least a week from the date of delivery. After opening the initial wrapping paper, we recommend to store the cheeses in a clean, dry cling wrap and store them in the lower compartment of the fridge which is usually not too cold or dry.
