About the winery: Domaine Roulot is an old family estate based in Meursault, since 1820. Domaine Roulot raspberry brandy is made from fruit harvested in Orches, in the Hautes Cotes de Beaune, in Burgundy. The Raspberry eau-de-vie is made from raspberries macerated for several months in 96% neutral alcohol. This maceration is then distilled and then aged.
