Organic extra virgin olive oil made with Coratina variety olives from the Apulia region, in Italy. Le 4 Contrade is reminiscent of a sunny afternoon, offering a masterful expression of the typically bitter Coratina. It will complement fresh seafood dishes wonderfully, as well as a decadent touch to fresh burrata or mozzarella. As usual for a freshly pressed Coratina, the polyphenol count is very high and the peppery aftertaste distinct. Green fruitiness, Medium to Robust intensity.
