Description: The Coeur de Neufchâtel cheese is a soft, and slightly crumbly cheese, usually compared to Camembert, produced in the French region of Normandy.
Though similar in looks to a Camembert, Neufchâtel has a saltier taste and sharper finish. It is richer in taste, but coarser and grainy in texture.
Weight: Approx. 200g/piece
Wine Pairing: Blanc de Blancs Champagne makes a great match for Neufchâtel cheese.
Our cheeses can be kept for at least a week from the date of delivery. After opening the initial wrapping paper, we recommend to store the cheeses in a clean, dry cling wrap and store them in the lower compartment of the fridge which is usually not too cold or dry
