Description: Le Parthenay Blanc is a creamy goat raw milk cheese with a pearly white rind, produced in Parthenay city in Deux-Sevres, France. Similar to Mothais sur Feuille, Parthenay cheese is covered with a chestnut leaf, which helps retaining humidity and keeping its softness. The firm and melting center offers the palate notes of fresh curd and dried fruits. A great cheese for goat milk lovers !

Our cheeses can be kept for at least a week from the date of delivery. After opening the initial wrapping paper, we recommend to store the cheeses in a clean, dry cling wrap and store them in the lower compartment of the fridge which is usually not too cold or dry. We recommend to bring your cheeses out from the chiller 15mn before serving to get the full aromas.
