Description: Pecorino is the name given to all Italian cheeses made from sheep's milk. With a minimum maturation of 60 days, this cheese has a white or pale yellow past with an aromatic and well-balanced taste.
Serving Tip: Grated Pecorino is one of the main ingredient of the famous Carbonara pasta. Sprinkle salty slivers of it on warm pasta or cut it in triangle for a great cheese platter.

Our cheeses can be kept for at least a week from the date of delivery. After opening the initial wrapping paper, we recommend to store the cheeses in a clean, dry cling wrap and store them in the lower compartment of the fridge which is usually not too cold or dry.
