Organic extra virgin olive oil made with Aglandau, Bouteillan and Picholine variety olives from the Ardeche region, in France. Cuvee Sauvage expresses refinement with a wild side. Very balanced and easy to accommodate, particularly on steamed fish, mashed potatoes and bean soups, or French soft cheeses such as Brillat-Savarin. Green fruitiness, Medium intensity.
Tasting ideas: Suitable raw, for pan-frying and deep-frying, as well as in preparations to be oven-baked.
