Description: Tomme de Jura is a raw cow's milk cheese from Jura in France. It is a mountain cow cheese and it has a sweet-sour taste that so many of the Alpine cow cheeses have. It is a semi-hard cheese with a grey coloured rind, where white moulds may be present. Its pate is light yellow with little spread holes. Tomme of Jura has pleasant flavours with milky notes.

Our cheeses can be kept for at least a week from the date of delivery. After opening the initial wrapping paper, we recommend to store the cheeses in a clean, dry cling wrap and store them in the lower compartment of the fridge which is usually not too cold or dry.
