Description: This cheese is made in
the area of Tarn with raw goat's milk. Its natural rind is coated with charcoal powder and covered with gray moulds. Its white pâte is homogeneous, tender, with a pleasant savour of hazelnut and a beautiful acidity to the palate.
Serving Tip: Propose the Rouelle at the end of the meal, with a set of other goats, and a quite crusty french baguette.

Our cheeses can be kept for at least a week from the date of delivery. After opening the initial wrapping paper, we recommend to store the cheeses in a clean, dry cling wrap and store them in the lower compartment of the fridge which is usually not too cold or dry.
