Description: The Mœlleux du Revard, unpasteurised, is a soft-paste, rind-washed cheese wrapped in spruce. The spruce belting is not just for decoration; the Moelleux honours its name, its paste is just waiting to pour out. This cheese is quite recent, since it was first produced in 2008.

Wine Pairing: Moelleux du Revard is delicious served with a fruity champagne, and will match a dry red wine (Pomerol, Saint-Emilion, Saint-Estèphe…).
Our cheeses can be kept for at least a week from the date of delivery. After opening the initial wrapping paper, we recommend to store the cheeses in a clean, dry cling wrap and store them in the lower compartment of the fridge which is usually not too cold or dry.
