Description: Extra mature Mimolette is an uncooked, pressed cow's milk cheese from the North of France. Found in sphere of about 20cm in diameter, this cheese presents a gray rind and orangey curd and is aged for 24 months.
Serving Tips: Its buttery, salty and nutty taste is ideal when added to salads, omelets and other cooked dishes.

Wine Pairing: It pairs well with Banyuls, Merlot and Sherry.
Our cheeses can be kept for at least a week from the date of delivery. After opening the initial wrapping paper, we recommend to store the cheeses in a clean, dry cling wrap and store them in the lower compartment of the fridge which is usually not too cold or dry.
