Eat cheese and get lucky on this Chinese New Year!

Usher in the year of the tiger with LPB Market this festive season, with the introduction of LPB's Chinese New Year Platter, featuring a series of one-of-a-kind cheese pairing options that pair classic French cheeses with traditional Chinese New Year goodies for a fusion gastronomical extravaganza!

Discover the unique flavours on display in LPB Market's CNY Platter, led by the seasonal CNY Brie, a homemade concoction featuring cashew nuts, Mascarpone and Singapore's very-own kaya, sandwiched between the all-time favourite Brie de Meaux. This is a staple for every CNY Platter ordered during this period, and is served with pumpkin seeds, providing a savoury nutty crunch to the sweetness of the Lunar Brie.

After trying out over 30 types of traditional Chinese New Year snacks with our many cheeses on offer, we have derived the following pairings that we feel are the most suitable and delicious.

LPB Market's CNY Platters comes in two sizes, priced at $88 and $148. The larger platter is also topped with Tete de Moine florets and Mandarin Orange slices for a perfect finish. Interested customers may place their orders on the online store, at least 48 hours in advance. Free delivery is offered for orders above $150.

These exciting CNY Platters will only be made available for ordering for a limited period, from 14 January to 13 February. LPB Market's usual cheese platter offerings will continue to be available throughout the festive season. 

Any customer who orders a CNY platter during this period will find some red packets. Each red packet will contain a lucky number and allow you to participate in LPB Market's Chinese New Year Festive Draw.

The draw will be conducted via live streaming on Instagram on 16 February, where three numbers will be picked to win the top three prizes: LPB Market vouchers worth $150, $100 and $50 respectively. Eat cheese and get lucky!
